What you'll do

• Assess incoming product test data and coordinate resolution of failed results
• oversee third-party laboratory testing program execution
• analyze testing trends and recommend process improvements
• investigate product safety, quality, and compliance concerns
• document findings and provide risk-based recommendations
• review designs, samples, and specifications with cross-functional partners
• maintain and distribute testing policies and manuals.
