The worker supports warehouse and packaging operations by monitoring process conditions, maintaining cleanliness, completing rounds, and reporting equipment issues. The role also helps train coworkers and supports seasonal maintenance and production needs.

What you'll do

• Operate basic control panels and equipment
• follow safety, food safety, environmental, and work rules
• adjust to changing process conditions
• assist with training and directing warehouse and packaging staff
• support seasonal maintenance and production
• complete requested forms and documentation
• conduct rounds and report maintenance issues or improper equipment operation
• fill in for absent staff when qualified and trained.
