CNC Lathe Operator

Job overview

The CNC Lathe Operator role is onsite in Laconia, NH. Compensation is $24–$32 per hour. The role supports B&A Precision’s production of precision-machined products for customers. The operator machines parts to blueprint specifications and contributes to quality and continuous improvement through accurate production reporting, scrap and rework tracking, and support for quality audits. The work helps ensure customer requirements are met consistently.

What you'll do

• Machine parts to customer specifications using assigned equipment, tooling, and programs
• read blueprints and technical drawings
• use precision measuring instruments
• document work on job travelers and related paperwork
• report setup and run times through the E-2 system
• track scrap and rework labor
• support internal auditors during QMS audits
• maintain a clean and organized work area
• apply company quality policies and contribute to continuous improvement.
