The Direct Support Professional (DSP) — Adult Day Program, North Hills role is onsite in Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $23 per hour. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, 32.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. New Horizons supports individuals with developmental disabilities in building life skills and reaching their goals. The role provides hands-on daily support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities. It contributes to their personal goals through dependable assistance; no prior caregiving experience is needed, and paid hands-on training begins on day one.

What you'll do

• Provide hands-on daily support and guidance to individuals with developmental disabilities
• safely operate an eight-passenger agency vehicle as needed for the role
• complete required screenings and training.
