Welding Coordinator

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Welding Procedure Specifications in compliance with AWS and ISO standards
• oversee welder qualifications
• provide technical guidance across six plants
• analyze welding and metallurgical issues and corrective actions
• supervise welding activities
• support ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 compliance
• lead OEM readiness through APQP and PPAP
• manage OEM claims using 8D, A3, and 5 Whys
• monitor process quality using SPC, PFMEA, and dashboards
• evaluate welding technologies
• train and mentor welding personnel.
