What you'll do

• Participate in developing nursing staff onboarding and orientation protocols
• onboard and train new nursing staff on standard clinical workflows
• monitor and provide feedback on provider-nursing collaboration
• provide ongoing education and support to the clinical team
• demonstrate efficient practices with new providers during orientation
• facilitate adoption of NextGen best practices
• identify barriers and recommend solutions
• lead special projects as directed by the Clinical Nurse Manager.
