The Fire Sprinkler Maintenance, Inspection, Testing and Repair Technician role is onsite in Peoria, AZ. Pay is $26–$36 per hour. ACS Inspection Services LLC provides fire protection services to communities in the Valley and surrounding Arizona areas. The technician inspects, tests, maintains, and repairs fire sprinkler systems to support code compliance and system readiness. The role documents findings, coordinates inspections with customers and property representatives, and helps address deficiencies that affect fire protection.

What you'll do

• Inspect, test, and maintain fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 25
• diagnose and repair deficiencies in wet, dry, pre-action, and deluge systems
• complete inspection reports and service documentation
• conduct flow, trip, and functional tests
• coordinate inspections with administration, property managers, and tenants
• document deficiencies
• ensure work meets local fire codes, NFPA standards, and company safety protocols.
