Director of Racquet Sports

The Director of Racquet Sports role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO. Compensation is $22–$24 per hour, approximately 1,100 hours annually; lesson income is separate from the hourly wage. The role supports Colorado Springs Country Club’s goal of creating a compelling member experience through recreation and social connection. The director manages tennis and pickleball programs, provides instruction, supervises youth programming and support staff, coordinates facilities and schedules, and works with members and club departments to deliver safe, engaging racquet sports experiences.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute tennis and pickleball programs, teams, clinics, leagues, and events
• supervise support staff and coordinate professionals
• develop seasonal calendars
• provide private and group lessons
• lead clinics and youth programs
• build member relationships
• manage court scheduling and communications
• track participation and revenue
• maintain safety certifications and facility standards
• coordinate with club departments and committees.
