Service & Preventative Maintenance Coordinator

The Service & Preventative Maintenance Coordinator role is onsite in Osseo, WI. Compensation is $19.16–$24.12 per hour. The role supports Global Finishing Solutions' Service & PM programs for its paint booths and finishing systems. The coordinator connects customers with technicians and tracks service work so recurring maintenance programs and contracts are completed consistently. The role also maintains service records, supports customer onboarding, and coordinates parts and filter needs to help meet customer requirements and reduce downtime.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and preventative maintenance visits
• schedule and track recurring maintenance programs
• onboard customers into service programs and systems
• manage monthly filter orders and service templates
• maintain records in service systems
• collaborate with technicians, sales, and support staff
• oversee spare parts lists.
