What you'll do

• Oversee daily People/HR activities in Germany, Austria, and France
• implement HR policies aligned with local regulations and company guidelines
• serve as a contact for employee HR inquiries
• manage recruitment, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, and employee records
• support employee relations and engagement
• coordinate with U.S. People and Legal teams and local counsel on compliance, privacy, audits, contracts, and entity matters
• prepare HR reports and metrics.
