What you'll do

• Inspect and verify construction progress and facility conditions
• collect building-system, finish, and site-component data using company software
• tag and inventory assets
• capture and label digital photographs
• record quantities, serial numbers, dimensions, ages, and condition ratings
• support cost estimating and capital-planning data
• assist with reports and technical writing as assigned
• follow site safety requirements.
