What you'll do

• Provide onsite physical therapy at one Everett location
• educate employees about therapy, injury prevention, ergonomics, and health strategies
• plan and deliver individualized programs to restore or improve physical function and alleviate pain
• review referrals and medical records
• perform and document initial examinations
• collaborate on intervention plans
• explain proposed interventions, risks, benefits, and alternatives
• evaluate and adjust treatment
• document goals and progress
• administer physical-agent treatments
• evaluate, fit, and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices
• manage work-related discomforts and illnesses
• deliver customized education and training.
