What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and develop drywall and metal framing crews
• conduct daily crew and safety meetings
• interpret blueprints and construction documents
• coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and workflow
• monitor productivity and address obstacles
• collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• inspect work for quality
• maintain daily reports and production records
• identify and address job-site hazards
• communicate progress, staffing needs, schedule impacts, and risks.
