Accounts Payable Specialist

What you'll do

• Process vendor invoices, internal expenses, and recurring bills in NetSuite
• match invoices with purchase orders, receipts, and billing documentation
• manage the accounts payable cycle through payment
• maintain vendor records
• review vendor agreements and payment terms
• respond to accounts payable inquiries
• reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• assist with month-end close and reporting.
