What you'll do

• Check in passengers and baggage
• make reservations and rebook flights
• make boarding announcements
• assist passengers with special needs
• handle remote reservation calls if applicable to the station
• communicate with pilots, ramp, and operations by radio
• organize ticket and cash reports
• handle delayed or missing baggage claims
• meet and marshal aircraft
• load and unload passengers and baggage
• fuel aircraft if applicable to station operations.
