Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Supervise, develop, and schedule maintenance technicians
• prioritize daily work and maintain shift coverage
• support production equipment troubleshooting and repairs
• oversee preventive maintenance and maintenance records
• analyze recurring failures and support root-cause corrective actions
• reinforce safety and Lockout/Tagout practices
• coordinate with Production, Engineering, and outside service providers.
