What you'll do

• Manage restoration technicians performing water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, tarping and board-up, asbestos and lead abatement, and carpet cleaning or reinstallation
• prepare estimates in Xactimate and Symbility
• interact with Xact Analysis and third-party administrator portals
• participate as necessary in the on-call schedule
• assist with warehouse and facility tasks when needed
• support team members.
