It supports store leaders through coaching, operational planning, and accountability across the assigned territory.

What you'll do

• Lead day-to-day operations and financial performance of multiple stores
• develop sales strategies and pursue revenue, profit, and performance goals. Coach Store Managers, build customer relationships, analyze sales, financial, inventory, and operating information, and create action plans. Lead turnaround plans for underperforming stores
• support hiring, development, and succession planning with HR. Manage inventory, purchasing, receivables, equipment, fleet, and other assets
• support store resets and moves
• travel throughout the territory to support stores and teams.
