What you'll do

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
• respond to maintenance requests and guest concerns
• perform basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, furniture, and general building repairs
• assist with preventive maintenance
• complete work orders and document repairs
• communicate additional repair needs to hotel leadership
• maintain tools, equipment, work areas, and supply inventories
• assist other departments and property improvement projects as needed.
