LBA Hospitality’s hospitality team supports food-and-beverage service by maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen. The role keeps kitchenware, equipment, and work areas clean and organized so the food-and-beverage team can support guest service. It also follows sanitation, food-safety, security, and emergency procedures and may assist with meeting-room setup, guest requests, or other hotel support duties when assigned.

What you'll do

• Set up the dishwashing station and supplies
• wash, sanitize, organize, and store dishes, glassware, flatware, cookware, and utensils. Monitor chemical levels and water temperatures and operate and clean dishwashing equipment according to instructions. Report malfunctions, unsafe conditions, or needed repairs. Clean kitchen equipment and surfaces and maintain organized kitchens, workstations, and storage areas. Follow productivity, sanitation, food-safety, security, and emergency procedures. Assist with meeting-room setup, guest requests, or other hotel support duties when assigned.
