Corporate Director of Memory Care

The role helps teams deliver person-centered engagement and support for residents living with dementia or cognitive change.

What you'll do

• Support memory care standards and quality reviews
• conduct site visits and identify trends
• assist with action plans
• coach and develop Directors of Reflections
• support resident engagement and person-centered programming
• assist with family education and concerns
• collaborate with operational and clinical partners
• contribute to program rollouts and community openings
• complete reports and travel documentation.
