What you'll do

• Mix and serve drinks and food
• prepare ready-to-eat foods
• check customer identification
• keep the bar stocked and clean
• follow Kewadin policies and TIPS guidelines
• avoid serving minors or intoxicated guests
• rotate inventory
• prepare garnishes
• process cash transactions and reconcile the point-of-sale system. TIPS training and certification are required upon hire
• availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
