Dispensary Supervisor

What you'll do

• Perform store opening and closing procedures
• prepare registers and reconcile inventory
• train and onboard wellness advisors
• assign daily work and breaks
• coach staff and escalate employee relations issues
• ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws
• handle escalated customer concerns
• investigate cash, point-of-sale, and product discrepancies
• troubleshoot point-of-sale issues
• maintain marketing assets and a clean, safe environment.
