What you'll do

• Lead architecture and development of AC/DC and DC/DC power-conversion systems
• design switching converters, power supplies, motor drives, and distribution circuitry
• develop schematics, component selections, calculations, and specifications
• evaluate power semiconductors and magnetic components
• develop gate-drive, sensing, protection, and control circuits
• analyze losses, efficiency, thermal performance, EMI/EMC, and reliability
• lead PCB reviews
• execute verification and validation
• troubleshoot hardware
• perform simulation and root-cause analysis
• collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams
• support production transfer, supplier qualification, customer issues, and continuous improvement
• mentor engineers.
