What you'll do

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• support a fall-risk patient with attention to safety
• assist with transfers and repositioning
• provide companionship and emotional support
• follow the individualized care plan
• maintain privacy, dignity, and comfort
• communicate changes or concerns to the care team.
