What you'll do

• Provide or delegate resident admission assessments and complete admission paperwork
• prepare service plans with resident or responsible-party input
• orient direct care staff to service plans
• obtain physician orders and needed resident supplies
• update assessments and orders
• delegate activities according to nursing judgment and regulations
• prepare and implement staffing plans
• conduct supervisory visits
• oversee medication management, documentation, discharges, and transfers
• communicate with families and providers
• lead staff orientation, training, performance evaluations, care conferences, and quality assurance
• visit each facility.
