What you'll do

• Model customer service
• oversee store opening and closing
• interview, hire, train, appraise, and discipline employees and plan weekly schedules
• respond to customer complaints
• maintain inventory and direct cycle counts
• coordinate promotions, marketing, and special events
• direct merchandising and maintain store cleanliness and signage
• oversee merchandise ordering, deliveries, and restocking
• promote safety and protect inventory and property.
