What you'll do

• Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute linens and clothing
• handle soiled and contaminated items according to infection-control procedures
• operate laundry equipment safely
• inspect items and report concerns
• identify residents’ clothing
• maintain clean and sanitary work areas
• use chemicals and PPE according to safety procedures
• and assist with laundry records and inventory as assigned.
