What you'll do

• Assess, monitor, and care for obstetrical, postpartum, neonatal, and medical-surgical patients
• respond to emergencies involving mothers and newborns
• develop and implement individualized care plans
• administer prescribed medications, IV therapy, respiratory treatments, and emergency interventions
• operate and monitor specialized equipment
• educate patients and families
• collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• delegate tasks
• maintain clinical documentation and patient safety standards.
