Corporate Staff Accountant

The Corporate Staff Accountant role is onsite in Downers Grove, IL, with a target salary range of $55,000–$65,000 per year. What you'll do

• Monitor cash accounts and prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• assist with treasury activities
• prepare analyses, reconciliations, journal entries, and monthly intercompany invoices
• upload recurring and miscellaneous journal entries
• upload corporate actual financials, forecasts, and supplemental data to the consolidation system
• review reconciliation and journal-entry binders for completeness and accuracy
• assist internal and external auditors
• support preparation of SEC filings, including Forms 10-Q and 10-K
• perform other assigned duties and projects.
