What you'll do

• Welcome clients and build community connections
• respond to client requests and concerns. Maintain knowledge of retail products, class packages, and promotions
• set up accounts, schedule or change classes, and process package purchases. Communicate studio issues and schedule changes, respond to emails, follow up with client lists toward monthly sales quotas, assist with daily operations and cleanliness, and alert coaches to client milestones.
