What you'll do

• Follow cleaning, storage, and food-preparation procedures
• clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, service areas, and hospitality carts
• record dishwashing equipment temperatures and sanitizer levels and notify a supervisor of incorrect levels
• distribute and store clean items
• empty trash
• maintain an orderly work area.
