• Maintain clean, safe buildings, grounds, and common areas
• assist with basic repairs and general maintenance
• maintain landscaping and curb appeal
• prepare apartments before move-in and oversee turnovers
• report maintenance or appearance issues
• respond to emergencies according to policy
• support resident satisfaction and follow company procedures.
