What you'll do

• Greet guests on arrival and offer an invitation to return as they leave
• assist guests
• process GC On the Go to-go orders
• answer phones courteously
• handle payments accurately
• follow just-in-time delivery responsibilities
• know the buffet, menu, and prices
• maintain the vestibule, host/cashier station, and surrounding areas. May help set up and clean buffets and check labels. Follow local health department laws, complete the duty roster, and ensure the drawer balances with daily paperwork.
