What you'll do

• Develop and maintain WBS structures aligned with project scope, schedule, and cost requirements
• coordinate cost coding and job setup
• maintain standardized cost codes
• monitor costs against budgets and flag variances
• support forecasting, earned value tracking, and financial reporting
• ensure consistent WBS use across systems
• assist with project setup, closeout, and historical cost analysis
• maintain documentation and audit trails
• support process improvement.
