What you'll do

• Operate machinery according to safety standards and production procedures
• monitor performance and make adjustments
• troubleshoot basic issues and escalate technical problems
• complete production logs, quality checks, and shift handoff reports
• inspect equipment and support preventive maintenance
• maintain a clean work area
• collaborate with adjusters, machine responsibles, shift leads, and quality teams.
