Front Desk Representative

What you'll do

• Provide customer service
• assist with class scheduling and billing
• sell memberships
• make cold calls and follow up with leads by phone, text, and email
• explain membership options, schedules, and promotions
• track customer interactions
• process registrations
• schedule parties
• resolve customer concerns
• greet families and check in students
• maintain assigned areas
• prepare lesson schedules
• enforce safety rules and administer first aid when necessary
• work at least one swim instructor or lifeguard shift per week.
