The role supports field supervisors and managers in oilfield pumping-unit equipment operations and repair. The operator safely lifts and positions loads with a mobile crane, completes setup and inspections, and maintains equipment. The role also supports crew safety, communication, documentation, and mentoring in the field, shop, or yard.

What you'll do

• Operate cranes of 50 tons or less
• perform crane setup, pre-trip and daily safety inspections, rigging, cleaning, and operator-level maintenance
• coordinate with crew members
• follow safety regulations and procedures
• complete JSAs, journey management records, work orders, inspection checklists, and other required documentation
• communicate with crew, supervisors, safety representatives, and customers
• support and mentor crew members.
