What you'll do

• Coordinate patient medication deliveries, special instructions, tracking, and delivery charges
• process new and refill orders
• enroll and track referrals and therapy initiation
• review specialty medication claims and reimbursement
• maintain patient and prescription activity reports
• track insurance reauthorizations and support appeals
• manage specialty medication inventory and verify eligibility, prior authorizations, shipping, and payment details
• identify reimbursement and financial assistance options
• coordinate with prescribers and pharmacists on prior authorizations
• manage Adult Immunology pharmacy data
• coordinate courier deliveries
• process return-to-stock tasks
• support clinic operations, calls, appointments, documentation, and patient assistance applications.
