What you'll do

• Provide administrative support and customer service to commercial loan officers
• respond to information requests
• process documents and coordinate commercial and consumer loan submissions, approvals, and closings
• coordinate with attorneys, insurers, financial institutions, and central loan processing
• process extensions, renewals, and modifications
• order appraisals
• compile and reconcile loan files
• maintain financials, loan accounts, collateral, insurance expirations, and construction loan progress
• process payoffs and collateral releases
• follow federal regulations and internal loan policies.
