Blending Operator — Morning Shift, 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

The Blending Operator role is onsite at the Kar’s Nuts facility in Madison Heights, MI. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with weekday or weekend overtime as needed. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour. The operator supports the supply chain and production team by preparing blends and recipes for Kar’s and Second Nature products. The role helps keep food production safe, accurate, and on schedule by inspecting materials, rotating and recording inventory, operating material-handling equipment, cleaning blending equipment, and following food safety and workplace safety practices.

What you'll do

• Inspect and remove non-conforming materials
• rotate and record inventory
• load and unload materials by hand and Hi-Lo
• operate a Hi-Lo truck safely
• clean blending equipment and maintain the work area
• complete cleaning verification logs
• work with team leads and supervisors to meet performance targets
• follow GMP, quality and food safety, and OSHA policies.
