What you'll do

• Assist the Director of Nursing Services with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing nursing service functions
• help determine staffing needs and develop work assignments
• make rounds to monitor nursing work
• support physician rounds and visits
• complete weekly wound rounds with nurse supervisors
• assist with reports and committees
• ensure direct nursing care is provided by qualified personnel
• maintain communication with residents, families, staff, and support departments.
