What you'll do

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
• support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting
• train and onboard team members
• build and adjust office and driver schedules
• prepare delivery manifests and dispatch readiness
• collaborate with routing and driver managers
• review payroll and resolve discrepancies
• process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions
• oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations
• track recycling and waste levels
• review next-day delivery plans
• submit nightly operations recap reports.
