Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role is onsite in Eudora, KS, with therapy sessions in homes, schools, or clinics. Pay is $18–$23 per hour. Aluma Care’s ABA service uses evidence-based practices to support client success and professional development. The RBT provides one-to-one ABA therapy, implements treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and records client progress. Collaboration with families and team members and maintaining a safe, positive therapy environment support client goals.
