The role offers a base salary range of $101,500.00 to $169,100.00 per year, and the RTE is accountable for the coordination, execution, and delivery of value through the program. This role exists to steer the ART to success by navigating complex software delivery environments. The RTE helps resolve impediments, manages risk, and drives continuous improvement while ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.
