The role contributes through case strategy, client advice, litigation filings, discovery, and participation in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings as needed.

What you'll do

• Handle construction litigation matters from inception to resolution
• represent contractors, developers, design professionals, and insurers in defect, delay, and contract disputes
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
• conduct depositions and hearings
• develop litigation strategies and risk assessments
• manage a caseload and client relationships
• participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial proceedings as necessary.
