What you'll do

• Provide massage and body treatments according to spa protocols and accepted certification practices
• assess guests’ therapeutic needs and recommend services

• maintain clean, stocked workstations and treatment rooms
• build a client base through referrals and promotional materials
• participate in sales incentive programs and continued training
• provide courteous guest service
• maintain guest profiles and confidentiality
• assist with inventory and other spa operations
• and attend scheduled meetings.
