Community Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee leasing, maintenance coordination, tenant relations, and property operations
• monitor lease and community-rule compliance
• inspect grounds, common areas, and units
• coordinate maintenance requests and unit turns
• support rental operations for new properties
• respond to tenant inquiries and complaints
• organize community activities and meetings
• collect rent and monitor accounts
• assist with budgets, financial reports, audits, and income certifications
• connect residents with agency programs
• maintain records and coordinate emergency response.
