Senior Estimator – Heavy Civil Infrastructure

Job overview

The Senior Estimator role is onsite in San Antonio, TX, with pay of $110,000–$150,000 per year. E-Z Bel Construction works on heavy civil infrastructure projects, including roadway, utilities, drainage, and structural concrete.

What you'll do

• Analyze plans, specifications, reports, and addenda
• perform quantity take-offs
• develop bid estimates using HeavyBid and historical data
• coordinate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• ensure applicable public-agency participation requirements are addressed
• maintain pricing libraries
• prepare bid proposals and submission documents
• partner with project managers and field leaders to validate production assumptions, constructability, risks, and schedules
• maintain bid records
• refine estimating processes
• participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits
• mentor estimators
• support budgets and change-order pricing.
