By maintaining schedules, records, and reports and assisting Veterans with access information, the role contributes to safe, organized service delivery and program compliance.

What you'll do

• Assist Veterans with scheduling transportation to VA and VA-authorized appointments
• maintain daily transportation schedules
• coordinate dispatch operations, driver schedules, and route assignments
• maintain accurate logs, records, files, and required documentation
• prepare transportation reports, including grant-required or HRTG-related reporting as assigned
• follow confidentiality, safety, organizational, and compliance requirements.
